Traveling east, or west, on the Beltway (I-495): Take exit 11A (Route 4, South), toward Upper Marlboro. Exit at Upper
Marlboro (Equestrian Center). At the bottom of the ramp, turn left, onto Gov. Oden Bowie Road. At the first traffic light (just past the courthouse, on your right), turn right, onto Main Street. Follow Main Street, until just before it curves to the left (approx. 1/4 mile); there will be a coffee shop on your right. Turn left into the parking lot. You may enter through either the front, side or back doors. The office is on the first floor, and is numbered 111.

Follow Main Street, until you reach the traffic light at Gov. Oden Bowie Road. Continue straght through the light. You will pass a liqour store and locksmith on your right; make a right into the parking lot, immediately past the locksmith's. You may enter through the front, side or back doors.
